QUALITY GUARANTEE
We take pride in our products and work hard to ensure that all of our customers are nothing less than thrilled with their new Studio on the GO™ sketchbook portfolio or accessory. If you receive a product that has factory defects, please refer to the RETURNS section.

PAYMENTS
-We are currently accepting credit card payments through PAYPAL. We accept checks, but the buyer should expect delays in shipping as we will wait for your check to clear before we ship your item. Although we do not recommend sending cash through the mail, we will accept your cash payment if you choose to mail it.

RETURNS
- We assume no responsibility for damages or product failures that are the result of your general use or abuse.

- If you receive a product that has defects in materials or workmanship, we will gladly exchange the item for you. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item to make arrangements. We will pay for the return shipping.

- If you are unhappy with your item, we will refund the purchase price, less the cost of shipping.

SHIPPING
-International buyers will be required to pay the actual shipping costs. We will contact you with a full purchase price before charging you. Although we understand that some countries have an exorbitant tax on imported goods, for our protection we will not misrepresent the value of our products on any forms.

-Ingram Fine Arts reserves the right to use any shipping method that we deem most effective. We will, of course, entertain any particular requests for shipping options, which may or may not come at an additional expense to the buyer.

-Once a package has left our facility, Ingram Fine Arts is not responsible for the handling of that package by any carrier.

ART SUPPLIES
We have used art supplies made by other manufacturers in the photographs on this website in order to demonstrate the intent and uses of our portfolios. At this time, we are not supplying any art materials other than the sketchbook portfolios we manufacture. Any art supplies shown are not included with the purchase of a Studio on the GO portfolio.
